Dr. Jordan Dewing
Dr. Jordan Dewing hails from a small dairy farming community nestled in northeastern Pennsylvania, where his profound passion for veterinary medicine first took root. Originally envisioning a future in dairy medicine within his close-knit hometown, life's unpredictable course led him elsewhere. Dr. Dewing relocated to Longmont, CO during his teenage years and eventually pursued a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science at Colorado State University.
It was at CSU that he crossed paths with his now-wife, Tracy, and they embarked on their life journey together. Blessed with three cherished children—Penelope, Parker, and Piper—Dr. Dewing's story took an unexpected turn. His professional trajectory led him through various roles at a small animal hospital in Fort Collins, ranging from the front desk to becoming the practice manager. Here, his profound love for small animal medicine took root and flourished.
In pursuit of his passion, Dr. Dewing returned to school, culminating in the attainment of his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in May 2017. His professional calling centers on fortifying the human-animal bond, specializing in soft tissue surgery and internal medicine. Driven by an unwavering commitment to the well-being of every patient that crosses his threshold, he devotes himself tirelessly to improving their health and nurturing the profound human-animal connection.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Dewing cherishes quality moments with his family, including their two beloved canine companions, Lily and Luna.

In his free time, you’ll find him with his beloved rescue pitbull, Bob, who loves accompanying him on hunting and hiking adventures. Doc is excited to continue his work with us and can't wait to meet you!
Dr. Linda Stephens
Dr. Linda has always wanted to be a veterinarian since a very young age. She grew up in Missouri and spent her adolescence in Massachusetts working towards her goal. She was accepted to Cornell University, in beautiful upstate New York, where she received her Bachelor of Science. She then pursued research in diseases of dairy cattle and contributed to multiple published articles on the subject prior to being accepted to, and later receiving her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from, Cornell University’s Vet school.
In her free time Dr. Linda likes outdoor adventures with her partner Leland and her Boxer dog Liam. They enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, biking, paddle-boarding, and on those bad weather days she likes to snuggle with her Sphynx cat Polina and read or do yoga. Dr. Linda also has a couple interesting pets including two desert tortoises and a tarantula.

Chester
Chester’s life has been a heartwarming rags to riches story. He was found in a meager barn unwanted and alone, when our hero Dr. Dewing swooped in and said “you will be our clinic mascot” Chester, not sure what the job entailed, was hesitant at first to accept this lofty assignment. Thinking himself unworthy but decidedly peckish, our mascot decided he would allow our hero to scoop him up and put him to work. As a clinic kitten Chester was slow to adapt to all the comings and goings of humans and animals alike. As he grew, so did his appetite for mischief and most especially his favorite thing in the world-snacks!
Chester can now be found living his best life ridding the clinic of pests and overstocked snacks.
His great voice echoes throughout the hospital as he remains constantly vigilant for his elusive prey. He is constantly at our side as we work overseeing daily duties and “helping’ with enthusiasm. Chester is indeed an important member of our team.
